Summary: Quite possibly the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in! This is genuinely one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We stayed in the Premium Adults Only area, and everything exceeded our expectations. The pool was absolutely beautiful, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the entire hotel was spotless. Everywhere you looked, the staff were cleaning, maintaining the grounds, or helping guests with a smile. Our room (356) was immaculate every single day, with a lovely balcony view and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Every member of staff went out of their way to help, but a special thank you to Yuli, who went above and beyond to make my husband’s birthday so special. She arranged beautiful room decorations, surprised us with complimentary cakes, and made the whole celebration unforgettable. We also used the laundry service, and our clothes came back the very next day beautifully cleaned, perfectly ironed, and smelling amazing. The cooking class was so much fun, and the romantic beach dinner was worth every extra penny. The setting was stunning, and the food was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed the food and drinks so much that we kept charging everything to our room, fully expecting a huge bill at checkout! Instead, we were pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced everything was, especially considering the quality of the food and service. We honestly couldn’t fault our stay. Beautiful hotel, incredible staff!

Summary: First stay & we’ll be back. Stunning gardens. Choice of pools. Wonderful restaurant (ate most meals here). Had a premier deluxe room which was huge! Clean. Modern. Adults only pool was a bonus for couples.

Summary: Fabulous rooms always clean. Staff wonderful and so very patient and obliging (Yuli in particular). Porter/customer service guy also put a diffuser in room. Over and above and greatly appreciated. Breakfast varied and all perfect. Aircon great. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Summary: Cleanest rooms, staff all amazing and so patient and caring (Yuli in particular). Porter/customer service lovely guy even put a diffuser in my room! Couldn’t want anything else at breakfast, varied and all perfect. Aircon fine. I’ll never stay anywhere else in Sanur.

Summary: Our first trip to Bali, and I really enjoyed this area. Good choices of restaurants around and the hotel was amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the grounds are kept so tidy by all the gardeners. We really enjoyed the adult section (Club Santrian) so there were no kids running about. Would have been nice to have drinks and snacks served to us during the day in that area.

Summary: Staff were friendly and very helpful. Food was amazing, including a breakfast buffet with so many choices. Beach restaurant included bar service. Evening entertainment at bar restaurant. Bicycles available for guests to borrow. Gym facility available to all guests. Spa with many options reasonably priced. Gardens were beautiful. Several pools to choose from. A little piece of Bali Paradise.
