Positive: Beautifully designed, furnished and equipped - very welcoming and retreat-like. Excellent kitchen layout and equipment for those who love to cook (me). The location in town is ideal: edge of downtown and a short walk to trails and parks; short walk to groceries and cafes. The host is a superb communicator, and very knowledgeable about Nelson and area. She is responsible for the warm and homey space, and is sincerely committed to providing a high quality experience

Negative: There are no negatives to the property or facilities themselves - but do plan your first time Parking in advance, from the Host’s instructions. It’s a little tricky if you’re not familiar with Nelson

Positive: The accommodation is at the back of the property and the apartment we took was on the ground floor. This made it very dark, but given the high temperatures in Nelson when we stayed this ended up being a real blessing as it kept things cool. The apartment is well located - quiet but within walking distance of the town centre. It is well appropriated, carefully looked after and Maria the host was attentive without being intrusive. For a high end holiday rental this is what is expected.

Negative: This was not a problem for us as not all parking spaces were used, but the parking is tight - if they were all in use you would need to be a considerate driver and you would you need to be confident in manoeuvring your car in small spaces.

Summary: This suited us well, was what we expected and would certainly stay here again. Thank you.

Positive: Mistiso's Purcell two bedroom suite was a wonderful place to land. The accommodation was large and very well equipped. There was plenty of room and it was nice to have a small table off of the suite and a small balcony on which to sit and enjoy your coffee or glass of wine. Maria is most definitely a detail girl and the added touches and decor were much appreciated. The location is ideal with a Co-op very close by. It is very close to Baker Street for shopping and all of the great restaurants. The kitchen is ideal for meal preparation and there is a good sized dining table. The beds were very comfy. The Purcell Suite is a lovely place to stay.

Negative: There is a bit of noise from the dentist's office above but not enough to impact our 5-star rating of this accommodation. We would definitely stay here again.
