Located at the most pristine, quiet and exclusive beach in the whole area, 50 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta's Airport. Close to everything but away from noise and crowds.
We want to offer you the ideal place to rest and relax.
FOR THAT REASON:
· The facilities are for exclusive use of the people who booked.
(Without additional guests, children or pets).
· This is not a place for parties or smokers.
· Welcome teenagers and young people with good behavior.
We are at the most pristine and exclusive beach in the whole area.
Where you can running, swimming, snorkeling, fishing, kayaking or just walking and fill you of the tremendous energy that exists in this paradise.
An excellent place to rest or enjoy an unforgettable honeymoon.
Close to everything but away from noise and crowds, thanks to that we are located in a rustic road close to the main avenue, where is bus stop. A mile of dirt road where any type of car can circulate.
There is a famous restaurant 100 mts from us “El Barracuda“ (13:00-20:00 hrs.) but all Restaurants, Grocery stores and Laundry are at Punta de Mita downtown just 8 minutes driving. ( 4 miles walking ).
You can take taxis but if you rent a car, you can also visit some interesting nearby sites.
The Studios have a kitchenette so we recommend you stop along the way, there are food stores where you can buy wáter, food supplies, and cheap towels for the beach.
STUDIOS SOL (Third Floor without elevator): have a queen size bed, a twin size bed, dressing room, bathroom, kitchenette ( equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave and kitchenware ) also a small lateral terrace overlooking beach and ocean.
Occupancy 2 persons.
Upon arrival, we request a deposit 200 USD cash, which will be refundable upon departure.
Free parking inside the facilities.
Easy access to the pool, and the beach.
We provide bath towels, but not pool and beach towels.

- Out of respect for the neighbors, it is important that music does not exceed a moderate volume and ends before 23:00 hrs.
- The pool schedule is from 8:00 to 20:00 hrs.
- The air conditioning schedule is from 20:00 to 8:00 hrs.
- Upon arrival, we request a good faith deposit, 180 USD cash, which will be refundable upon departure.
- Check in time is after 15:00 and Check out 23:00 hrs. Mexico’s central Time.

Summary: So this location is amazing and the ocean it’s beautiful, clean and calm. The prices are very expensive in Punta de Mita so we chose this property to explore. However, be aware the studio was very small and stuffy which we originally booked due to the price. That was also the only space that was advertised at the time in that property. However, basically the one bed upgrade had semi poorly equipped kitchen sadly. The one bedroom had a balcony was much more comfortable than studio which we were offered to upgrade to and we did. However , the property manager asked for that upgrade to be paid in cash. Be aware also that they only provide one roll of toilet paper which this led to more Uber just so we could wipe our bottoms. We were also asked for a deposit which the manager of the property stated was reported on the listing. However, we didnt see that kind of communication regarding the property before we checked in. That really put bad vibes on our trip. We had to Uber into town several times just to get more cash one to upgrade the room and two to provide the deposit. It’s a very isolated community, which makes it beautiful, but if there was ample refrigeration and freezer to provide for your stay, that might be helpful. The manager and his family live on the property and seemed to have the prime location right in front of the pool, which gives you an uncomfortable feeling for privacy like you’re swimming in someone else’s pool.

Summary: Best beach in Mexico. Clear and clean water. White sand beach. Beautiful and pristine. 5 minutes to Punta Mita town for supplies. We will definitely stay here again;)

Summary: We love the location and Kupuri beach. Sergio was great. The only comment I would make is we had 2 shower towels for 2 people for 4 days. If we requested additional towels it would be $10 for 2 more towels. For 2 adults for 4 days atleast 4 towels sould have been the minimum since no laundry service was available.
