Summary: we absolutely love this hotel. The property itself is beautiful the service it’s amazing. The breakfast is unbelievable. The room was beautiful spacious and amazing. We would love to come back. We absolutely love our stay in Phuket and being in this hotel was a big part of it.

Summary: It's a wonderful place to stay with friendly staff. The Breakfast has an excellent array of Thai/Asian cuisine along with continental dishes as well with live cooking stations. Very spacious rooms with extraordinary views from balcony. They do provide airport transfers with surcharge. The resort is located with just 15 minutes drive away from main airport. It's a best place for beach and nature lovers. Try it once and you will never regret. I will sure choose Pullman Arcadia during my next visit to Phuket.

Summary: I’ve never been to a more peaceful and luxurious resort. The staff is soo attentive and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing getaway. We went during the rainy season so we basically had the entire resort to out Just moments from the beach, the Pullman is the most wonderful experience I’ve had outside of home. I can’t wait to get back here. Special shout out to Beam! We love you guys and we will be back again. 1000/10 stars!

Summary: Everything you could expect from a solid 5 star hotel. Great service great breakfast. Good rooms etc etc. This hotel is up a steep hill and you need to climb to get to your rooms. If you have arthritis or lung or hear condition it might not be the hotel for you. There is a shuttle that will take you around but you have to wait for it. Nai thon beach has a steep drop off into the ocean and the waves have some force. It not calm like Kamala or the other beaches just south. Though I did enjoy the waves, my wife did not.
