Summary: This was a pretty good stay. The hotel was pretty decent when it came to the look of the room but it was very spacious. Also the food was amazing there and it was very close to everything. The only thing I didn’t like was that we were blindsided by a 500 dollar deposit for our stay which was not in any fine print also we had to pay 35 a day for parking ( but that was in fine print) but still is a lot of extra money after u already paid for ur hotel stay and deposit. But again for the most part the hotel is very nice and clean. Just be prepared to spend a large amount of money

Summary: the internet was great, we got hot water, transport to and from the airport was a plus. however, the room we stayed in needed some love. The paint was stripping from the base boards, there was one area on the wall where you could visible see it was touched up, the windows needed cleaning on the outside, the ac unit made an awful humming, tub needed to be cleaned a little more, the shower curtain was ripped, the toilet paper holder was falling out of place and the carpet needs to be steamed cleaned.

Summary: The couch was filthy and stained no clear direction on how to get food told us pick up at bar it was left at the door bathroom was filthy no shower liner the spackle was unfinished on walls like it got repaired and never painted

Summary: Very loud, hallway smelled of warmed up Bolognese, hotel was extremely run down and not what you normally get for a Pullman. Pool also wasn't clean

Summary: The place looks nice. I hated that we were placed on a floor that had 4 business meeting rooms. To top it off the same room as the ballroom. Which had an event.For the price thats paid you would think yohd have a room away from this. It wasnt comfortable walking by business meetings or a party before or after swimming or just getting breakfast in pajamas. The people at the front desk and the cleaning crew were all polite and respectful. Appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport as well.
