Positive: Stayed at Pullman many times over the years and highly recommended the hotel

Negative: Bar area in foyer had no staff serving there so waited long time for service. As it was Chinese new year, would expect it to have had good staff and entertainment to encourage you to stay within hotel

Negative: Big disappointment, I contacted the hotel before our arrival to confirm that the swimming pool will be open as a previous guest left a comment that it was closed. They assured me it will be open, upon arrival they had a sign on reception saying it's closed for maintance. Staff member told me it's like that all the time. Room service was always cold on arrival to our room.
