Positive: The villa is large with nice views and near to the key tourist spots, the mountain and Lijiang Old City. The restaurant staffs are most helpful and friendly.

Negative: The interior finishes and furniture worn off with broken balcony door is a sign of lacking proper maintenance. Inspects are natural in resort but significant amount inside the room and even got into my luggages are a bit too much.

Summary: Comfortable stay but need more effort on maintenance

Positive: The villa was really nice and felt like a luxury holiday plus housekeeping cleaned it every day. The staff were really nice, they even helped when i had a medical emergency. Views within the hotel compound were exceptional.

Negative: Would be better if the 2 bedroom villa had 2 bathrooms.

Summary: Would denfinately come here again.

Positive: Excellent location. It might be away from the tourist spots but getting an “uber” was really easy. Much better than having to navigate around the old town with your luggage on uneven stone foot path. They also had golf carts to take you around their resort (to your room). The breakfast was great. A good selection for my taste.

Negative: The furniture seemed a bit old but they were very clean.

Summary: Excellent service and would come back again if I have the chance.

Positive: I love the views , the garden , the lake . Also it was very nice of hotel to provide complimentary birthday cake for my husband birthday !

Negative: Be better if hotel provide free shuttle to shu he ancient town . And the spa was not operating anymore .
