Positive: I love the views , the garden , the lake . Also it was very nice of hotel to provide complimentary birthday cake for my husband birthday !

Negative: Be better if hotel provide free shuttle to shu he ancient town . And the spa was not operating anymore .

Positive: Staff were really very helpful and approachable. Walking distance to Shuhe old town

Negative: Soundproofing wasn’t really good. We stayed at the deluxe room. Furnishing of woods seems old although the room is clean.
