Positive: Babysitters were really helpful and great with my daughter. Breakfast was good.

Negative: Location was not great. Too far from town and nothing there to walk around and look at Very quiet even very limited activities to do at Ty resort, felt very isolated. Not great for teenagers

Positive: Nice vegetation, nice beach, decent food, helpful staff (some of them)

Negative: Super remote location, very limited options to spend time nearby without transportation. Facilities not well maintained. Very expensive to drink and dine inside - even compared to other 5* resorts in Khao lak, probably because of the lack of other options. All in all, it is a very “instagrammable” hotel, but the reality is more nuanced

Negative: The food;!in Thailand, I would expect a larger emphasis on local food. The all inclusive package…my friend paid half of what our family did and got ok drinks and food included. We had to then purchase a seperate drinks package for $50 per person per day. This resulted in a poor experience when ordering food and drinks.
