Positive: The gym is amazing, one of the best I have found in a hotel here in China. The pool is good and quiet. The breakfast was good with a variety for both Chinese and International guests. Location is near the station and metro and the staff are friendly. Rooms are comfortable and the shower is good with good water pressure.

Negative: Soundproofing needs to be improved. And the AC was too hot and I wasn't able to turn it off( was as dry as the Sahara I was )

Negative: The central heat makes the room very hot. After 2 days we finally complained and received a cooling fan to counter the heat effect which worked well.

Positive: Still a very good hotel. Comfy bed and big breakfast.

Negative: There is a liitle wear and tear in the room and some of the furniture was dirty (nothing that the cleaning staff could have dealt with).

Positive: Incredibly convenient location, in the centre of Guiyang. Swimming pool was a nice escape from the heat of Summer. The breakfast was good, plenty of options for foreigners if you didn't fancy a Chinese style breakfast. Check in was easy (although if u dont speak Chinese u gotta hope they have someone who can speak English for u). Room was a good size and was clean( towels, robes etc provided). Bathroom was big and had plenty of toiletry options. The reception area had a few shops if you need anything. Behind the hotel is a wonderful snack food street with so many amazing local and Chinese dishes, would highly recommend that!

Negative: If I had to make a suggestion, maybe the rooms are beginning to be a bit dated but not a big issue really.

Summary: Relaxing and comfortable hotel in the heart of Guiyang.
