Summary: The Pullman was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and the facilities were clean and luxurious without being fussy. The location is ideal - walking distance to the entertainment center but far enough removed to be quiet and calm.

Summary: Wanted a glass of wine in the bar, but it closed at 10 pm. They use trolleys when they have room service, and with tiles in the hallway, metal wagons with hard wheels.... well, you will for sure wake up when that trolley passes your room door. The hotel is nice and service is friendly.

Summary: Our stay at the Pullmans Da Nang Beach Resort was very good. We enjoyed all the amenities at the hotel from the restaurants, the bars and the pool. There were some problems with a number of the staff who did not speak English, especially at breakfast where it was difficult to order a pot of tea and this happened on most days during our 7 night stay. The bar closed at 10pm and nothing local to go to so it was not good. The room was very nice, our room had a great view of the pools and the beach. Overall a good stay and will probably come back.
