Positive: Clean, comfortable, great décor. Very nice room, good size, very nice furnishings, great bed. The staff were friendly and efficient (English is not great but neither is my Chinese.). Breakfast spread was great with a good range and quite tasty. We also had use of the premier lounge which was also great. Very well priced for the quality of the hotel.
Negative: Not many facilities, no sauna, steam room, spa or money changing. While the pool was huge and impressive opening time was too late (7.30am) for me to use any day. The location isn't great, there's nothing around it although there are 2 metro lines fairly close but not that easy to get to. I imagine most people (like us) use Didi and it is cheap and fast.
Summary: Very nice hotel. Well priced but facilities and location could be better.
