Positive: Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very nice. Location is away from the tourist zone. Old world relaxed atmosphere. Wonderful breakfast. Swimming pool with views of Etna.

Positive: Amazing location. Very friendly staff. Small family hotel with a lot of history. The building is renovated in the old style and there is not one corner that is not well thought of or designed beautifully. The breakfast is delicious with a view of the Etna volcano. I would recommend it to all but I am also afraid to do so because then they will be fully booked and we will not be able to return.
