The perfect family oasis with plenty of space inside and out. The amenities just keep going at this house! From a game room with ping pong table and foosball, hot tub, gas firepit, giant BBQ, bocci ball court, kid's play structure, two living room spaces, and beautiful views from Two massive decks! Convenient location near waterfront parks, Southworth to Seattle Ferry and downtown Port Orchard. 30 Minute drive to Gig Harbor, Tacoma, Bremerton, Silverdale, and Poulsbo.
This gorgeous Puget Sound home features 4 bedrooms with plenty of room for the whole family! Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a quiet and private location, an awesome play structure for the kids, and a perfectly flat front yard for yard games!
The entry way into the home provides plenty of space for the whole family to kick off their shoes, hang their coats, and get ready to relax! Main floor has open concept kitchen, dining, and living room with plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans, baking dishes, utensils, etc Large dining room table to seat 10, inviting living room with large smart TV, games, and telescope to enjoy the views! Head out the sliding glass door and enjoy the gorgeous deck overlooking the Puget Sound. BBQ for the family while enjoying views of the Space Needle and Downtown Seattle. Cozy up by the indoor fireplace, or take a blanket and enjoy the fresh air by the propane firepit on the deck! Head to the garage for some foosball, ping pong, and additional TV! Main floor bedroom is perfect for the kids, with a bunk bed with trundle (3 twin beds).
Head upstairs to find a large media room with plenty of seating, large Smart Tv, and access to an upper deck with incredible views of the Puget Sound! Master bedroom on upper floor is spacious with a King bed, walk-in closet, dresser, TV, private bathroom with jetted soaking tub, and access to upper deck. Second upstairs bedroom holds a King bed and twin trundle bed (2 twin beds). Third upstairs bedroom has a private queen bed with walk-in closet.
In the backyard you will find plenty of room for activities, firepit (wood not provided), and a well taken care of Hot Tub. Enjoy the tranquil outside area by soaking in the hot tub and enjoying the sounds of peaceful nature.
Location is within the very friendly and inviting Manchester community in Port Orchard. Manchester is surrounded by water and is just minutes to the Southworth/Seattle Fast Ferry. Summary: The property was in an incredible neighborhood. The house was well maintained and with all of the amenities needed for my family. The bonus was truly the upper balconies. Having an attached garage was great for peace of mind. Any questions or concerns I had were taken care of straightaway by the property manager. *This is not a property for elderly because of all of the stairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again!

Summary: First time VRBO user. I hope all future visits are this perfect. Beautiful house both exterior and interior with lovely views of the Sound and across to the Seattle skyline. The furniture and accessories were very nice and nicely arranged providing an understated and airy ambiance. Way better than our original expectations!

Summary: The house itself was great! Well kept and comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub. Location was so convenient as it was close to the ferry, Main Street, which has a nice little store with a coffee shop; a pier and a tiny stretch of beach you can walk along; and Manchester State Park. The host was responsive and when we did have an issue, someone came to resolve it. We would definitely come again!

Summary: We spent a wonderful time at this property. From beginning to end our host Melissa was highly responsive and the property was everything we had hoped for. The home was laid out well to give everyone space and there are great views and plenty to do, including spa and bocce. If you have kids there is a game room in basement which is very nice. More importantly, the beds were very comfortable which was a big plus. There is easy access nearby to the Kisap Fast Ferry out of Southworth to Seattle and plenty of parks for walking and hiking in the area. Supermarket shopping was an easy 10 minutes away which was very convenient. We would come back to this property again in a heartbeat.

Summary: This house was very clean and comfortable for the 10 of us. Wonderful play areas for the kids and a wonderful view. We would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable beds and an exceptionally quiet neighborhood.

Summary: Home is a short drive to many great golf courses. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house nor use many of the amenities. But it was very comfortable and included a well supplied kitchen. No hesitation coming back.
