Positive: The location was excellent. Walking distance from quite a few mini.marts and bars (if you're into that.) The Chinese Food place at the other corner was delicious and affordable.

Negative: The kitchen cutlery could've been a bit more reliable. What it wasn't so much of an issue that it became a hinderance.

Summary: The location is great: the proximity to the mini.marts, taxis pass directly out front.
