Positive: This is a new house, fully equipped with very comfortable furniture and a bed. Owner took care of everything to have a really pleasant stay. Contact with the owner is super quick and efficient. Outside garden is taken care of on an almost daily basis including a small pond with fishes giving you a relaxing atmosphere and green surroundings. House and garden 9/10 (-1 point for terrible stairs to go on the first level).

Negative: Neighbourhood and location - this is basically a house next to another house. I felt I'm booking a relaxing place to stay over the weekend but the first night there was polish disco polo with bass so loud that we couldn't sleep until 2am. Next evening there was another party just next to - so we could hear swearing and partying just next to the fireplace. Of course owners don't have influence but it should be written somewhere as this is a busy neighbourhood. Camera which is switched on next to the fireplace didn't give us intimacy even though we were only adults with kids. Location 2/10
