Negative: The Check-in time was mentioned wrongly, It was written 00:00 hrs for check-in and I reached at 3:00 am . The staff was not allowing me to enter the lobby the Check in time he said at 12:00 pm. Even though I requested the staff to allow me to sit in the lobby but he refused and said that you can go out side till 12:00 pm. No cooperation . It was worst experience.

Positive: The location was very convenient and in the heart of the city with a restaurant in the same building which was convenient.It was close to tumkur bus terminal and near to shops and restaurant. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom could have been bigger ,but it was clean and also maintained very well.

Negative: The bathroom was very small, Otherwise the rest was good.Parkibg in the basement was a little congested. The room could have had two sitting chairs apart from the ones outside the balcony.
