Negative: I stay at this hotel often and the room cleaning is poor and the bathrooms very hit and miss re cleaning. very inconsistent.

Positive: Excellent location above the Jordan MTR station and close to the Temple Street and other street markets. Concierge staff and bellboys were very helpful and eager to assist us.

Negative: The guest rooms need to be upgraded since they are getting a bit dated. There was quite a bit of mold and mildew in the bathroom, specifically under the lip of the sink -- very sightly, non-hygienic, and unsanitary!

Summary: Excellent location and we enjoyed our short stay in Hong Kong.

Positive: Location, the hotel is built on top of an MRT. We did not have to exit the building to catch a train.

Negative: I little old.
