Summary: This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at! We had three families and there was plenty of space inside and outside the home, great kitchen and amazing game room and bed setup. Perfect distance to Dodge Ridge and we can’t wait to come back in Summer!

Summary: We spent our Thanksgiving at this property and we all want to go back. The cowboy town was simply amazing with all the details. Lots of time was put into this. The game room was super fun for the whole family. It was cold outside so we didn't get to spend as much time in the spectacular outdoors that we wanted to, but hope to make it back during a warmer season! Great communication from the hosts! Thank you!

Summary: This is truly a Paradise Next Door. My family, ranging from 5 months to 70, had the time of our lives in Livermore! We want to go back every year! The hosts have thought of EVERYTHING, we didn’t leave once we got there. The pool, of course, was the highlight but the riding jeep, the trampoline, the game room!!! That may have been the best. Absolutely anything a child could want. Quality books and games and Lego legos legos, with a game table, which we love. No need to take anything but your bathing suit! BEST VACATION EVER! We all agreed.

Summary: Our return to paradise did not disappoint! My family and I had another wonderful week away from real life at Tawny's amazing oasis full of fun and relaxation. We swam, we roasted marshmallows, we played hide-and-seek, we recited knock-knock jokes, we lounged in the hot tub, we read by the pool, we shot hoops, we had foosball tournaments, we racked up high scores in PacMan... It would almost be easier to list the things we didn't do, rather than all the things that we did do. All this to say that once again we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Tawny's place, and we hope to make it an annual visit!

Summary: Our sons, daughter, daughter-in-laws and 4 grandchildren (6,5,3,2) came for a weekend to celebrate Father's Day, a 70th, 7th, 31th and 29th birthday. The owner had hung and glittery Happy Birthday banner over the window of their gorgeous kitchen. (Thank you! That was a nice touch.) We spent an afternoon hiking the Columbia Ditch Trail. It was perfect for our young ones, close to the home and canopied by trees. The Old West town on the property and game room were appreciated by the young ones. On our way home we stopped off at Columbia Historic Park for some gold panning, rock climbing and just to check out the historic buildings.

Summary: I don’t usually write reviews, but this property deserves its five star rating. The house was in perfect order, clean and inviting, comfortable and luxurious. The owners have stocked it with every amenity you could need in the kitchen and everywhere. There is even shampoo conditioner and body wash in every shower. Tissue boxes in every room. They really did think of everything. There was also everything a kid could ask for including toys, sidewalk chalk, coloring stuff, basketballs, ride on toys, a zip line, games, a game room, smart TVs, and did I mention the backyard! The old western town in the backyard is simply amazing. Every detail in place and every prop able to be used to play with. Nothing is glued down. It was an imagination paradise. The adults enjoyed the yard too, especially the suspension bridge and the Lookout deck. We tried to sit in every spot throughout the day to take advantage of all it’s glory. Tawny the owner was very quick to respond to any questions and communicated well. I have no complaints. This house is everything as advertised, if not better. We will certainly be returning someday soon!

Summary: Spent weekend as a family to reconnect and celebrate my youngest daughter’s birthday. The entire experience exceeded our expectations- the hosts are amazing who are thoughtful and responsive, the house is stunning, but still feels welcoming. There was enough activities to meet all our needs and a huge table for the family to enjoy meals and play one of the many available games. I would highly recommend you to stay at the Alexander’s beautiful home.

Summary: We had a great time at Tawny and Matt's place. The house was super clean, and modern with plenty of room for our party of 7. The game room downstairs was a huge bonus especially when we were snowed in for the day. The property is an added bonus with the adorable western town! Unfortunately it was a little too cold and snowy for us to fully appreciate it, but if you stay during the warmer season and have younger children, they will love it! Tawny and Matt were very responsive, great hosts! The house is about a 40 minute drive to Dodge Ridge and the Leland Meadows snow park. A little bit of a drive if you are planning on skiing or tubing, but no big deal at all. I definitely recommend this place for a family ski trip or a relaxing get away.

Summary: The house was beautiful and clean while being welcoming and cozy. The perfect balance of fun and relaxation for my family. The house was equipped with all the essentials plus some and the communication with the owners was quick and easy. I would absolutely recommend this house for families who need a break from everyday chaos and just want to be together. You really don’t have to leave! The backyard had everything my kids needed with lots of space for my hubby to play catch with the boys, the kids could swing, play basketball, tag, all enjoyed the playhouse and then inside a big table for all of us to sit around and play games and eat our home cooked meals. Close to grocery stores if you need anything. We definitely hope to come back!
