Positive: A nice and cozy place. Clean. Very good communication in English via WhatsApp or Booking.com. There's a comfortable bedroom with a small table, perfect for doing some work. The living/dining area is nice, with a good table and a TV. The kitchen is also fine and has most things one might need, including coffee and tea. The bathroom also has everything, including a washing machine.
Negative: The neighborhood feels a bit unsafe. The house does not look good, and the stairwell is rather poorly kept. It is uncomfortable to be in. But once you get inside the flat, it's fine. Small imperfections: no microwave and no way to make coffee (the French press was broken).

Positive: Apartment was renovated and like on the pictures. Near to the beach.
Negative: There wasn't pictures from outside of the house and it was terrible. We couldn't sleep because every noise came through from outside and from other apartments. Price was too high for that and we felt disappointed.

Positive: Nice, clean, cozy apartment, close to the beach and the main park. The apartment has everything one needs, even a laundry machine, refillable containers with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The apartment has one bedroom with a queen size bed and a living room with a sofa-bed. The sofa-bed is uncomfortable for 2 adults (too small). The staircase is inside the old building - it needs remodeling. The apartment is on the 3rd floor.
