Positive: The location was fantastic (the view is stunning!), and the house itself was absolutely charming - rustic and simple, just as we expected. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean and fresh. The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay! It takes a while to get to the house, so be patient and remember to buy groceries on the way.

Positive: We have only words of praise for both the house and the host. The house, which is located on 1650m altitude in the middle of national park Prokletije, is built entirely of wood, thoughtfully equipped with all the practical elements needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Everything was perfectly clean. Although there is no electricity in this part of Prokletije, it didn’t affect our stay at all - we cooked on the traditional “Smederevac” stove as well as on the gas cooker. The view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking and it’s hard to say at which time of day it is more beautiful. We were two families with four children and the kids enjoyed spacious and beautiful yard. The host was always available and willing to help with any information we needed. All in all, this house is truly worth every recommendation! Nearby there are a lot of hiking possibilities. Nature is really amazing and make sure that you go to the Hridsko Lake

Negative: There aren‘t any shops or restaurant nearby (beside Samel cottage, which has always the same menu), so make sure you buy everything you need in town of Plav, before you go up to the house. From the town of Plav you need around 45-60 min to get to the house, although its only 14 km away (bumpy road).

Positive: Nice location, nice view, lots of space, great host. Road to the house is not in good condition. If you have small car, just be careful. Nature is fantastic

Positive: A very special place in the national park high in the hills. Great place for a family or group of friends who love nature and the outdoors, the views are incredible. Plenty of walks to do from the property and a local bar/ restaurant nearby if you don’t want to cook for a night. Emir was incredibly kind in organising groceries for us in advance as we arrived during a state holiday when no shops were open. You won’t regret booking a stay here.

Negative: Just be aware that the road to the property is unpaved but fine in most cars, just take your time.

Positive: We had an absolutely lovely stay in Prokletije Lodge. The house is located on the territory of the nature park, a few km past the checkpoint, and just 5km from the Hridsko Lake, the local gem. There aren't too many accommodation options and this one is in the luxury side. The cabin is made and decorated with love, every detail is thought out and it was very pleasant and comfortable to stay there.

Negative: The road past the park checkpoint is bad, we were in a regular car and had to drive slowly. It would have been more convenient with an SUV.
