Summary: Stunning beach, beautiful clear and clean ocean. Had a couple rain days but not bad, that didn't ruin the fun..we can't wait to return. Beach right outside our room, loved it, and all the staff very friendly excellent customer service!

Summary: This was our second stay there and just like the first time we had issues with our key cards to access our room and required several trips to the front desk. Finally, this time I demanded to be relocated to a different room. Both rooms had issues with the AC. It would not get cooler than 21.5c. With that said, the hospitality was exceptional. If you’re looking for the best overall stay on the island, this one is one I’d recommend.

Summary: The only thing I didn’t like was the checking process which I am aware is at 3pm but my knee was swollen and I asked for early check in so I can rest my knee and we were dismissed completely repeatedly saying we will have your room ready at 3pm.’Food was amazing. The staff were very friendly. The beach club is beautiful. The drinks at the pool bar were very good as well. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. We had a great time overall.

Summary: Maintenance and construction around the property at all times of the day. Broken bed as well as other broken items in the room. Key cards never worked. Food was pretty standard. For the cost of the property could have stayed in Cancun
