This stunning 3948 sq. ft 6 BR/ 5.5BA three level home features expansive balconies and plenty of outdoor seating, an elevator, hardwood and travertine tile floors, granite and marble countertops and 3 bedrooms & 2 living areas with Gulf views.
The gated courtyard with a gas grill provides the perfect place to prepare the fresh catch of the day. The first floor hosts 2 Gulf front bedrooms. The king bedroom has it's own wet bar with a Keurig, sink, ice maker, and beverage cooler, and 42" tv. The Gulf front queen bedroom has a 50" tv, ensuite bathroom walk-in shower, pedestal and vanity sinks, and private water closet. This unique bathroom, divided by pocket doors, is shared by the king bedroom. There is direct balcony and beach access from both bedrooms and the living area.
The second floor living area features a huge great room furnished with a comfy sofa, two oversized chairs and a 50” TV. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for four, a Viking gas oven, wine cooler, warming drawer, wall electric oven, convection oven and more. The dining room provides seating for six. There is a large bunk room on this level with 2 full-size beds, 2 twin beds, a 32” inch TV and a private bathroom with a huge marble walk-in shower with a marble bench, separate bath tub and marble vanity.
A master bedroom suite overlooking the Gulf is situated on the third floor. This bedroom has a king bed, 32" flat screen TV and master bathroom with a walk-in shower, spa tub, dual vanities and a queen sleeping sofa. This floor also features two separate queen bedrooms with 32” inch flat screen TVs and ensuite bathrooms with tub/shower combinations and marble vanities.
You are in walking distance of Bad Ass Coffee, Pascalli Kitchen, Pompano Joe's, Whale's Tail, Emerald Coast Wine Cellar, Alvin's Island Beach Store, & Dairy Queen. Plenty of water sports and outdoor activities abound in the area.

Parking available for up to 4-5 vehicles depending on size (includes garage). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions. No tents or canopies on the beach per HOA.

Summary: Everything was pleasant and easy! Instructions were visible and easy. Great place to vacations for a girls trip. Property is as shown on the pictures but, much better in person. I would stay again and again!

Lots of extra space, plenty of bathrooms, great laundry facilities, spacious kitchen with more than sufficient cooking and dining supplies. The elevator is really handy. Beach supplies are available and in good condition. Clean and well kept. We will definitely be using it again!!

There were a few little inconveniences such as doors to rooms that didn't close or lock properly.I also had to deal with high barriers moving from the inside to the balconies. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We had no problems except one overhead fan in a bedroom and TV remote in the same bedroom that didn't work properly.

Lots of room for family to get together and also privacy options as well. Beachfront with no road or other properties in between was wonderful. After booking, found out that my brother's family booked same property 12 years ago. Only problem we had was water pressure in master shower on 3rd floor.

Reviewer Comments: Our family just wrapped up a one week vacation in Miramar Florida and we had a great time. We had a large group and the accommodations were very nice with room for everyone to have space. The house was very clean and met our needs. I really appreciated the elevator after having recent knee replacement. The views from this house of the beach are wonderful. We loved going right out the back door to step onto the beautiful white sand. The Frangista Beach Properties Staff were very helpful in assisting us each step of the way. We had no crock pot in the house and after a call to the office a new one was brought out immediately. This is a very expensive home and it is beautiful but is in need of some light TLC in places mostly on the exterior. We read in reviews how it is difficult to back out of the drive into the street and that is very true. The traffic on this main drag is bumper to bumper many times of the day especially evenings. We also read that the clothes dryer was very slow in drying clothes. The ladies in our group hated this dryer and said they would never have one like it back at home. Some of the bedrooms in this house have double doors and they will not lock due to the hardware that allows one door to be stationary so the other can be locked, has been removed. My biggest beef with this home is around safety. The sliding glass doors do not lock but have a pin lock installed to provide a method of locking the doors from the inside. The problem is when everyone leaves the house to go to the beach there is no method of locking the first level door from outside. Anyone can walk from the beach and slide the door open and enter the house. This is compounded by the fact that there is no safe in the house to put valuables. We didn't experience any issues with this but I personally did not like having no way of locking the door from outside as we left the house for the beach.

I loved how each bedroom had their own bathroom except the floor level master but it worked great with our particular family. Our son and his family used the space.. thank you for the prompt response to our requests for faster internet. My other son was able to continue his weather You tube channel broadcasts to safe lives during Milton Hurricane.. our only complaint was the dryer.. it took too long to dry clothes. Not a big deal. Great place!!!!❤️❤️❤️

Our original property rented via VRBO was canceled on us as we were driving to the beach. Therefore, we were scrambling to find a location and property that would meet Our needs. Frangista Property rentals was very accommodating and helped us get into this location as quickly as possible. The home is lovely allowing everyone to have Their own space, but gather as a group for meals and conversation. Would absolutely rent again!
