Nafpaktos. Situated on the north shore of the Corinthian gulf, it is one of Greece's most naturally beautiful locations. The landscape combines both mountainous terrain covered in rich vegetation on the north side, and to the south, a long coastal shore boasting numerous amazing shallow-water beaches with turquoise-blue waters. As if this was not enough, the area is surrounded and bound by ancient history. The city of Nafpaktos itself has a long history leading back to before the ancient Peloponnesian wars, and its castle-fortress is one of the best preserved in Greece. A plethora of historical sites surround this area at every step, almost towards any direction. Only a few kilometers to the east, up in the mountains lie the ruins of the ancient temple of Delphi. The oracle that presided there in ancient times was considered the most important in all of classical Greek history, and visiting is a ''must'' even in modern times...

The ground floor boasts a spacious living room and study, joined with an extra large, more than fully equipped kitchen, eager to deal with any dinning idea that you may have. The whole villa is decorated with original artwork by the owners hands, hence colour and inspiration are things that you will never be missing. Exploring the upstairs you will find the three pristine bedrooms on the semi-floor and third floor, all of which have a astonishing panoramic view of the garden extending to the swimming pool, which seemingly pours into the crystal-blue sea below.
Finally, the outdoors is where this villa really shines. A large private Garden spreads out in front of the villa leading to the edge swimming pool, all of which overlook the twists and turns of the magnificent sea-shore landscape. Alex, the manager and the family of Mr. Christos and Dimitris welcomed us to their beautiful home with open arms. Summary: Villa Nafpaktos is utterly gorgeous and we were sorry to leave. The vista from the garden is magical, the pool is a delight and the villa is spacious and cool. Summary: My family and I (3 adults, 3 kids) stayed at Villa Nafpaktos for a little over a week. It is a trip we will never forget. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures, was impressively clean, and the view was amazing to wake up to every morning. The owners were incredibly responsive, sweet, and accommodating. The area is an incredible part of Greece and offers a very authentic Greek experience. The local beaches are fantastic for children, the city of Nafpaktos is super fun to explore, and there are restaurants serving local seafood in almost every small village. I cannot recommend Villa Nafpaktos highly enough and I hope we can come back some day.

Summary: We (parents with three kids and a small dog) spent a heavenly week at the house - enjoyed the superb view over the Corinth Sea, including magnificent sunsets, the private pool and the big garden. I have never seen a holiday villa that tidy. The house was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, a living room full of art and 3 bedrooms from which to see the sun rise and/or set. We would definitely come again. Our heartfelt thanks for lovely holidays we will think fondly of!

Summary: The house is beautiful, lovingly furnished and rich in detail. There is everything you need for a carefree vacation. The view of the sea and the opposite side of the Gulf of Corinth are breathtaking. You can spend your days and evenings just enjoying the view. The pool is nice and big and even deep enough for jumping. The area is not very touristy. But within a few minutes drive you can find everything you need for life. The neighboring pebble beaches are very clean and the water crystal clear. The owner Christos welcomed us personally and prepared some delicious welcome gifts for us. He and his son took the best care of us. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Thank you very much for making your house available to us for this wonderful vacation!

Summary: The view is incredible. The house was beautiful and very well equipped. The pool was regularly cleaned and spotless. The nearby villages were amazing…. lovely places to eat and swim. And hardly any other English. Lots of Greek holidaymakers so very authentic.

Summary: Villa Nafpaktos has everything you need to relax. The welcome with Chris was warm, the equipment and cleanliness of the house is excellent, the property with the spectacular view and the infinity pool is unique. The exceptional location on the hillside and the close proximity to the beach (5 minutes by car to Skaloma) is fantastic. If we had any questions, we were helped immediately. Finally, two small suggestions for improvement: a second parasol would help with the Greek sun ;) - and the shower head in the master bedroom could be exchanged if the opportunity arose. But that didn't take away from the joy of the holiday in the slightest. Thank you for a fantastic holiday. We have fond memories of Villa Nafpaktos and would love to come back!
