Positive: The room was functionally and comfortably furnished, everything was new and fresh. Good coffee and tea machines, the fridge was regularly replenished. Very good location.

Negative: The entrance is quite complicated, including having to go through a small door in the gate from the street, and you can only enter the apartment via a link sent to your mobile phone. Be prepared that the room will be dark all the time, and you will have to turn on the electricity, as the window opens onto the stairwell. A bit uncomfortable bed mattress, we were rolling on top of each other all the time :)

Positive: Great location and lots of food and water. Cleaned daily. Quiet. We enjoyed all the stairs and ancient palazzo. Easy access and very secure.

Negative: No real windows. Looks onto the inside of the building.

Summary: Incredible experience 2steps from teatro San Carlo and the real professore caffe 🙂

Positive: The staff are very friendly. Made me feel so welcomed when i arrived. I was a solo traveller and they made sure I was okay. The man helped me carry my suitcase to the flat. The lady was asking me everyday if i needed anything. Fridge stocked with drinks and croissants free of charge. Which i thought was very considerate. Spacious room. The location is great.

Negative: Not sure if the window closes tightly but i could hear the flat downstairs until very late. It disturbed my sleep. There was no plug sockets next to the bed.

Positive: I really like the easy check in and communication, offer to come and clean every day, the facilities sufficient for a short stay, so I could have a little breakfast / snack / coffee when needed.

Negative: Nothing wrong with the place. Maybe a little curtain for the bathroom window would be good since there is light coming all night from the hallway. But otherwise all good!
