Executive single Level home nestled on a hilltop with expansive views of rolling hills of La Cresta. Entering this residence , the sound of waterfall feature will calm your nerves. You will feel a sense of openness with 16' ceiling in foyer and living room and 12' through out the rest of the home.
Kitchen is a chefs delight with a 6 burner Viking cook top , dual Viking convection ovens, dual Bosch dishwashers. Kitchen and bathrooms feature granite counter tops, travertine, and tumbled marble through out. Family room features; 7.1 channel home theater with 78" curved Samsung 4 k smart ultra HD TV. Awesome sound system w/ all definitive technology speakers, OPPO 105 bluray player and pioneer Elite audio visual receiver.
Two master suites! Grand master suite with king sleigh bed with leather back, jacuzzi, double walk in shower, his and her toilet, and vanity. 2nd mater suite with king bed, and en-suite full bathroom. Bedroom #3 and #4 each with queen beds and share a full bathroom in between (Jack & Jill setup). Bedroom #5 (office conversion) with double size bed and 1/2 bathroom right outside room. All brand new high end mattress from Ortho.
Exiting to the back you will find a gorgeous outdoor entertaining area with stunning Rock water fall pool features. ~We take the rules very seriously! Prior to booking, please note that per our house rules and County ordinance, Occupancy limit of 14 with no more then 4 guest to visit for the day at all times and Quiet Hours of 10pm to 7am will be strictly enforced (absolutely no outdoor activities that will inconvenience our neighbors of their quiet enjoyment). Guest must be mindful of their noise levels at all times. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the County may result in a citation, forfeiture of security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction.
~Pool/jacuzzi heating will incur an additional charge. Pool heating not available from November thru March as temperatures are to cold for a domestic heater to attempt to heat that much water. Jacuzzi heating available year round.
~~CANCELLATION POLICY~~
Full refund if cancellation of more then 90 days is given from the date of check in. To reserve we require a good faith deposit plus service fees to Homeaway/Vrbo. Balance of the rental will be due 45 days prior to check in.

Summary: You will never want to leave the back yard. The pool and patios are so relaxing and beautiful. There is a nice little loop on the property to walk! Sweetest Koi pond that welcomes you.Just lovely!

Summary: Our stay at this property was amazing. Our experience at this house was great but very short. The place is gorgeous! My only regret is that we weren’t able to enjoy the house as much as I would have liked to. My family and I were there for our son’s wedding which happened to be 30 minutes from the property. We were in and out of the house, therefore, unable to enjoy this beautiful place. Lily was very helpful and communicative about everything we needed to know about the place. Thank you Lily! I would love to come back to it when is a little warmer in California. The house has an amazing pool and hot tub which we weren’t able to enjoy once due to the cool weather. Other than that, we built great memories as part of our son’s wedding! Would definitely recommend!!

Summary: We gathered some friends and family who used to go to Coachella together to rent this house, hang out and watch the livestream of the festival in mid-April (since we're too damn old to go anymore, haha). Overall the house was really great and pretty much just as advertised. The big bummer was that the weather ended up being cold, windy, and rainy to the point where we stopped heating the pool on day 1 (to save on propane costs) because there was just no way to enjoy it unfortunately. We did take advantage of the spa during sporadic periods of decent weather though, which was lovely. The backyard is beautiful with scenic views, I know we would've been out there about 80% of the trip had the weather been better. The property is up on a hill and very private, which was awesome. The koi pond by the front entrance is a cool touch and the owners even invite you to feed them. Speaking of the owners, they were very helpful and communicative. Inside, it's a little odd how massive the master bedroom & bathroom are - as far as the floor plan, it would certainly be more practical to use some of that immense space for other rooms, haha...but to each their own! The main family room's big TV & sound system were perfect for our purposes streaming the fest, we were really bumping the music and with the doors clothes still weren't disturbing the neighbors at all. The kitchen is large and has everything you need, we cooked all our meals there. All in all it was still a fun weekend!
