Positive: The property is located close to the seashore, and right across the UCSD campus. I chose it primarily so I could walk to the graduation ceremonies without worrying about parking. It gets cool breeze from the Pacific in the morning and evening.

Negative: Minimum 7-10 minutes drive from any restaurants, cafes and stores. No windows with outside views (but does have glass vents on top to let in fresh air) If you were not there for campus reasons, San Diego has at least 20% cheaper hotels comparable hotels with much better locations, prices and daily maid service.

Summary: Convenient for campus visit but not much else

Positive: Loved that it was so close to La Jolla and a 3 minute walk from UCSD. Made it easy for me to tour the school and not drive. And the property was great and secure.
