Negative: The yard was not mowed. There was a small little play area in the back of the yard, butif I had kids with me I wouldn’t let my kid go there, because snakes could be hiding in the very tall grass.

Negative: Exterior front and rear backyard needs maintenance (i.e. lawn mowed, edging and weeds eliminated). Emergency escape plan needs to be posted in the bedroom. I recommend on back of the bedroom door or near the light switch. A small list of checkout instructions for soiled bed linens, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. Due to due to previous damage, the bedroom window screen needs to be replaced or at a minimum damage repaired. Vehicle parking instruction needs to be more defined. Too much guess work for the patron.

Positive: Nice room location. House was located in a quiet neighborhood and was near events that I attended.

Negative: Needed more accurate instructions on how to use the front door keypad and bedroom keypad for access BEFORE I arrive.

Summary: Nice and relatively quiet place. It was my first time to use an AirBnB.
