Positive: This is a private run place right in the main parts of city and in one of the best localities in Dehradun. It's not a commercial setup with multiple people waiting to serve you. But a very homely place where the owner and a caretaker - take care of you. Food is normally not a part of the package, but there are many nearby places you can go to for that.

Negative: This is a good room if you are mostly staying away/out of this room and spending a few hours working/sitting. If for some reason you have to spend the major part of the day in the room - like I had to, due to work and weather - it can feel small and congested. But the terrace and the front garden are great places that can be used to work and have your favorite coffee/tea. But you will have to get back in once you run out of your device charge!
