Negative: THIS IS NOT A HOTEL! I am not sure why this is even allowed to be on booking.com. This is basically an air b&b. The bathroom was disgusting. It was shared with more than 1 other room. There was hair everywhere, especially in the shower. There is no cleaning going on by the staff. I have stayed in much nicer hostels that are regularly cleaned. The bathroom didn’t even have toilet paper. I had to bring my own roll in! How ridiculous! The entire property smelled and you can hear every single person talk, walk, move. Do not stay here it is not worth the price.

Positive: I loved the location and the bed. I felt very safe and had kind neighbors. Check in and out was seamless. Their welcome packet had all the information I needed to enjoy my stay. I will 100% return when I visit Boston again.

Negative: The walls are pretty thin so it felt like I could hear everyone, but neighbors respected quiet hours so it didn’t affect my sleep. Also, the mini-fridge leaked so I could not use it.

Summary: Perfect location! Cute and safe neighborhood. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!!

Positive: Location, robe, towels, enough hangers. Iron, water and coffee provided.

Negative: Curtain rods fell down when I tried to close. They need to be drapes. Bed a bit old and soft.
