Summary: I do not recommend it for anyone who likes privacy. You cannot talk on the phone because it is annoying. You cannot wash several times in one day because it wastes a lot of water. I have rented many times because I am a truck driver and every 2 or 4 months I rent a few days to rest and without a doubt this was my worst experience.

Summary: Beautiful house well appointed beautiful room well decorated and clean. Bathroom was equally well decorated and clean. My host was so accommodating it almost felt as if I was a long acquainted friend. I felt so comfortable staying there it almost felt like a second home. I would suggest anyone stay there because you will be quite at home staying there. Thank you again to my host!

Summary: No complaints on my three stay, everything was as advertised! It was a bit unique or unorthodox to stay in the home of strangers but my hosts were very accommodating and made me feel totally comfortable. The location offered me ideal proximity to events in both the Tampa and Sarasota area I was interested in. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again on a return visit.
