We want to rent a furnished, bright room in a massive house with a kitchen, dining room, and laundry facilities, and the bathroom is shared. All costs (except telephone) are included in the rent(electricity, gas, trash, WiFi ). The house is in Lisle, across from Benedictine University, near Benet Academy in the semi-closed Oak Hill South subdivision. Close to Jewel-Osco, Walgreens, 7-Eleven. PACEline bus runs to Lisle Metra Train Station. This is an ideal place for a responsible professional, non-smoker. The required security deposit equals one month's rent + the first month's rent.
