Summary: This home was extremely spacious for our group. The setting is surrounded by fabulous views— walks in this neighborhood were generous of beautiful views. Beth was very communicative and hospitable, and we could not have asked for a better host. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Summary: Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood… Private backyard with lanai overlooking a designer pool and hot tub. Owners were friendly, enthusiastic and attentive, I highly recommend this property.

Summary: Everything about this house was as described. The house was immaculate and orderly. We were given access to use pretty much anything on the property. Our host was fantastic with communication and did everything she could to make our stay amazing. The location doesn't get much better. It is up in the hills with fantastic views nearby. It is secluded enough to get to dozens of hiking trails within 15 minutes, but also close enough to access the heart of what LA has to offer.

Summary: We rented this house for my wedding party. It was the perfect size for a small gathering and to hang out for a couple days at the pool. For our venue location it was very easy to access and close to all needed stores, restaurants, and bars. The owner was going through a kitchen remodel at the time but was 100% transparent through the entire process. Continually providing updates on the construction and giving us every chance to cancel our reservation if we wanted. We did not cancel and during the weekend we worked very close with the owner to make sure our stay was perfect. I am sure their remodel will be done in the near future and could only image how it will make this house that much better, because it already will blow your mind.

Summary: We loved our stay!!! The house is exactly like the pictures......beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and the beds were very comfortable(you can hear the noise of people walking when you are downstairs but this was normal to us) if you are a light sleeper I'd recommend the master. The outdoor area was beautiful and we mostly used the grill for dinner. I would recommend for the owner to provide a non stick pan (we tried making eggs in the morning and non of the pans were good) and to have plastic everything (we bought plastic cups to have around the pool area). Paper plates are a good use as well instead of always washing dishes. Beth and Angie were very accommodating and friendly. It was great to be able to communicate through text despite that the service was poor, even with the router which wasn't not so great. We didn't mind it as much because we like relaxing vacations without our phone devices being attached to us. We would definitely stay at this house again, our experience was an A+. Huge recommendation for anyone staying.

Summary: This house has it all: pool, grill, fireplace, hot tub, lush yard space, comfy beds, open kitchen with lots of room to move around. Beth was an unbelievably kind, caring and communicative host. She was ready to help out however she could. The house was pristine upon arrival and check out was pleasant and quick. I would 100% recommend this place to a group of friends or family looking to get away and relax for a few days or a week. Pictures in this post are accurate!
