Summary: Property was good for our stay. House was very nice on the inside besides some cosmetic stuff. Owner was excellent on communication! A little disappointed that the backyard area was not mowed and back patio was dirty, so we couldn’t spend much time out there. Property off to the side of the house looks like maybe it gets used as a trash dump.

Summary: We were very happy with our stay at this well maintained and very comfortable home just outside Carlsbad but close to all the services offered by the town. Having lived in New Mexico in the past, this very personal feeling house was like a home-coming. It was quiet and private, with a very ample yard with trees, and it made for a very relaxing environment. We highly recommend it.
