Positive: If you book this for a good price, it is worth it. The house is quite large, and the pool area is fantastic. Sitting outside is really nice, the view is great. For me I got a discounted last minute rate, so it was worth it
Negative: This is more a holiday house than a villa, as it doesn’t have the extras other villas in Greece offer. I wouldn’t stay longer than 5 days unless you enjoy cleaning - there is no housekeeping, no garbage removal etc. The TV is very old. There is no internet/chromecast/Netflix etc, so no family movies or tv shows. I think you can only get Greek public channels (though this didn’t work for us) The bedding situation is sub-par. We had precisely 1 pillow per person, and they didn’t bring more despite saying they would. Duvets/blankets had no sheets Screen door is very difficult to open and close. Knives are blunt, etc lots of things like that You need to drive your own rubbish out daily to the bottom of the street It’s not a problem if you are getting value for money

Positive: The villa looks exactly like in the photos. Convenient parking below the house with plenty of space. We stayed in September as a family and there were no people in the neighboring houses, which was great. Our first time with a pool villa — the kids loved swimming after the sea. The location is excellent. Only small issue was with hot water on days without sun, but the host was always available and very responsive.
Summary: I would suggest slightly improving the cleaning quality.

Positive: Perfect place for family getaway. Very nice property with bbq place and swimming pool, beautiful garden. As well, host was very helpful.
