This house has a PRIVATE POOL, with a massive 28x35 feet deck around it. It has a charcoal grill for your gatherings, lounge chairs, corn hole game for poolside entertainment, a basketball hoop for the pool. Book our home now, as it will fill up for the summer!
Welcome to our 4 bedroom 2 bath home. We sleep 15 in real beds with new mattresses. We have wifi, beautiful kitchen, washer, and dryer, and a ping pong table, We are a short drive to Atlanta and Six Flags. 3 miles from interstate 20, 5 minutes from all chain restaurants. There is a grocery store 3 min from the home. We are in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is on a concrete slab. (No steps in the house) There is 2 full bathrooms. (The master bath has a large garden tub)
Bedroom #1 : 2 Queen Beds
Bedroom #2: 1 King, 1 Twin
Bedroom#3: 2 Twins
Bedroom #4: 1 King, 3 Twins
Pets must be approved and Pet fee paid before arriving.
The floors are new - The kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks, bathroom vanities, mattresses and linens are all brand new. No outside music after 9pm
Also - in the gameroom we do have one of the walls painted with chalkboard paint. The kids can write, draw and have a good time.
Your max number of people on property is 16.
This number includes people staying, friends visiting, family visiting, kids and people stopping by to say hi for 5 min. 16 is your number. They must all be listed on your guest list.

Summary: The door frames are completely rotted out. The gap is so large from rot several bugs were able to crawl in after a big rain. (I have pictures for proof) The window in the master was broken and disgusting with dust and grime. (Tried to get air flow in bathroom). The bathroom fan didn’t work. The dishwasher didn’t work. And for a party of 11, this was a problem. This house resembles a flipper/frat house home. The house rules are listed in poster size in the living room. Not a friendly welcoming vibe. We had to clean the pool of debris and leaves upon arrival. And after day the pool was so murky not even the kids wanted to swim. The ping-pong table inside was nice to keep them busy. Owner should pull this listing and make the needed repairs. Just felt gross.

Summary: Check In was easy. It was easy to communicate with the host. Pool was nice and the deck was nice. It slept 8 of us comfortably. But the house wasn’t comfy for eight. Meaning just because you can sleep eight - 12 doesn’t mean you should There was only couch seating for 5. And table seating for 4 (two bench stools and a couple folding chairs). The biggest issue we’re the bugs. Upon check in we found dead and alive bugs in most rooms. I alerted the host right away who came over to spray the next morning (which resulted in more dead bugs). And was then told an exterminator was coming the next day (and upon inspection told me he found zero bugs, which is impossible…) We were not able to be at the house due to an early tournament game and our host was not available to be at the property for the exterminator. I was disappointed in the lack of attention and promptness by the host to make sure the bug problem was resolved.

Summary: Took family of 10 ppl to stay at the location for the Momo Con in Atlanta. The home we stayed in was clean and very spacious. Whatever minor issues we had the owner was quick to respond and solution. Really appreciated their tentativeness. This home is a wonderful find and I almost hate to give a good review because then others will find this hidden treasure. I am not sure what others have experienced there but mine was a stellar one. Summary: The house is exactly what you see in the listing. Located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. However, upon arrival the home wasn’t as clean as expected and there were a few obvious areas needing repair so the home is not worth the price per night in the condition it is in. The pool deck is huge and was the best part. We regret we only got to use the pool on the day before check out because of other activities we had planned. I wished we would have used it more during our stay because it is a nice addition. Host was nice and attentive. I am confident that with some repairs and updates it will be worth the price and I will be more excited about staying again. Beware…. Pool water was freezing cold.
