**This location is even more coveted!! Since Happy Place is in the Beach District, across the street from the beach, and next to all the shops and restaurants, you will appreciate that you won't need a golf cart.
Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
**Beach Club Update - We are excited to announce the expansion of the Watercolor Beach Club is complete!!! The club now has three pools, two outdoor bars, a restaurant with indoor seating, and much more! Also the brand new Camp Watercolor has two new pool areas, lazy river, new restaurant and 20 foot giant slide!
In addition, Fish Out of Water restaurant has finished their amazing renovations with a brand new outdoor wrap around bar, luxurious interiors, and new dining menu.
