The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a small office, an indoor pool and hot tub, a game room, and a theater/gaming room. The large, covered back patio boasts an oversized grill, mini-fridge, sink, kegerator, built-in gas fire pit, and direct access to the pool room. Private East facing deck off the master. West facing patio for sunsets with access to pool room.
You will have the whole house and 2 acres to yourself.

Summary: This property was one to remember the pool size is amazing great for kids and adults alike. Lots of room to play. Game room and media room were exactly as described lots of space for the kids to do their own thing. We took the kids skiing from this property at bogus basin easy 40 minute drive you’re right at the ski hill. This property also allowed us to walk along the Boise river just a quick 10 minute drive. Highly recommend
