Summary: We had a great stay here and had plenty of space for the 7 adults and 4 kids in our group. We spent lots of time on the back porch and never felt cramped in the large kitchen and upstairs living space. The finished basement was a huge bonus and a nice space for the kids to hang out. I highly recommend this property for small group or family trips!

Summary: The home is perfect for a larger gathering. Our family of 10 had plenty of room to spread out, play games, darts, or pool. Access to the lake was a little trickier than expected, but where there's a will, there's a way! The neighbors were lovely and welcoming too! The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. The entire home was clean, cozy, and comforting. Don't miss out on this home! You'll love it as much as we did!

Summary: My family booked for an extended family vacation. 8 adults and one teenager stayed for four days, three nights. When we arrived, we had some wifi and air issues that were promptly addressed. The house was well stocked and the perfect set up for the family. If you are looking for a Great Lake getaway, look no further!

Summary: We are a group of 7 women in our 60’s, friends since childhood who have taken an annual trip together since 1983. This house was nice and roomy with plenty of beds and bathrooms for us. We did not try and walk down to the lake but only because we spent most of our time on the huge deck. It has a nice view of the water through the trees. The kitchen has just about anything you’d need, we cooked all but one meal there. The ice machine did not work but we brought our own anyway. The beds were comfy although we wished there were extra pillows. The only other suggestion we’d make is to have nightlights in the bathrooms. We had a ball, thank you!!

Summary: We loved our stay. We are the classic over packers and this place had everything from full equipped kitchen, over abundance of towels and bedding, and shampoo/ conditioner in every shower. The Dock was very easy to get to from the home. We had the boat out every day of our stay with no issues and very easy to park at the property. The access to the lake from the property is steep but I was able to maneuver the area while holding my 1 year old. We parked our kayaks at the bottom the entire stay with no problems. Our family consisted of teenagers to the youngest being a 1 year old. Easily baby proofed home and games such as darts and pool table provided in the down stairs family area. We did not adventure into town because we had plenty to do at the property. We felt very taken care of by the host with their quick response time and the many small details put into the property. Would 10/10 recommend.

Summary: The property was very nice (clean, stocked, and had all the amenities). While it is only about 18 miles from Branson West, the trip takes longer...but for our family, it was wonderful. Even though our trip was after Christmas, I will bet the property is even better when it warms up, since it is on the lake. The host answered all questions we had quickly and provided us with a wonderful experience.

Summary: Overall, our family enjoyed the stay. We had 9 adults and 5 kids who spent three nights at Jeff’s place over the Thanksgiving holiday. We had plenty of room and appreciated the ample supply of necessities (toiletries, towels, bedding, kitchen suppkies, etc, etc). Things I addresses with Jeff that need his attention are as follows: basement does not adequately heat (It was cold!), outside walkways and decks needed cleaned from excessive amount of leaves (worried about my elderly parents safely navigating those areas), lack of window coverings in besrooms and bathroom, and no smoke alarms in basement. According to Jeff, he has not owned the property for very long. I anticipate with some “tweaks”, this property will be a hard one to beat in the vrbo world. [This property is not an easy hop, skip, and jump to Branson - curvy roads and about an hour drive. HOWEVER, great lake getaway!]
