Charming guest cottage on beautiful Lake Granbury! This newly constructed guest suite is lake front, on the most beautiful open water area of Lake Granbury and close to the Granbury Historic square. There are several steps to walk up to access the cottage, and is perfect for a couple with one bedroom (queen-size bed), but there is a large couch for an extra guest. There are ceiling fans in each room, and separate thermostats. Upon arrival guest are impressed with the immaculate interior of the cottage, with a kitchen, living room, and bedroom with private bath. Enjoy a great weekend at the lake and enjoy the fishing and scenery from the dock. (There is a resource for renting boats, jet-skis, and all kinds of water-sport equipment only blocks away.) The guest suite has a beautiful, serene view of the water, with plenty of outdoor seating to relax and enjoy. It's perfect for a romantic getaway, friends spending time together, or a relaxing overnight stay. Dine on site in the fully equipped kitchen or use the outside BBQ. Some prefer to experience Granbury’s fine restaurants, just minutes away. There is an outdoor fireplace and beautiful decks to enjoy the view of the lake.
