Positive: It was really cool, just like the pictures, all clean, all nice. Air and Jacuzzi was on when we got there, towels, soap, water and all.

Negative: Not a host problem but we arrived at 6pm and went to eat. When we got back got in the jacuzzi and about a half an hour (like 9:00pm)later the electricity went off, nothing that the host can control. But there was no generator or back up, wrote the owner in the booking app asking and on the phone but never got answer. Electricity went back up at 2:40am.

Positive: The checkin was easy and the apartment was clean. The property has parking and it has two rooms and a (tiny) bathroom. The area felt super safe and only a short drive from the centre of Ponce.

Negative: A few things could have been better. The AC was leaking on the couch, one of the windows was not closing properly. One of the rooms is very small and noise insulation is not great.

Positive: Jacuzzi was very nice for the kids, although it didn't heat fully up until our second day. Patio was nice to sit out in the afternoon/evening. Water pressure/temperature was the best we've had in PR. Beds comfortable. Parking available.

Negative: Noisy location. Dog barked throughout the night right outside bedroom windows. Smoke alarms went off twice, once in middle of the night for no apparent reason.

Positive: The location was good, breakfast; did not apply, only coffee

Negative: The stairs to the second floor, my knees are slightly in pain, but i managed to get there.
