Peace & serenity abounds in this quaint setting nestled away in the woods.
Cute 1 bed cabin with a sleeping loft in a gorgeous private island location.
Be one with nature as the local wildlife will say hi.
Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets over the water while relaxing on the beach which is only a short bike ride away.
The cabin has tea, coffee & sugar along with a coffee maker. There is also a coffee plunger if you prefer.
The kitchen has all the basics you will need. Just bring your food.
Being a private island there are no stores on the island, you will need to bring your groceries with you from the mainland.
The grill on the deck is yours to use as are the bikes.

Summary: My sister and I stayed for five days. We absolutely loved feeding the deer apples and carrots from the deck every night. We also had a fire in the fire pit every night and cooked on the grill. The only problem was the ferry schedule! We went to Mt. Rainier and Olympic National Parks and had to be back for the 7 pm ferry but it was so wonderful. We stayed home a couple of days and walked around exploring. So beautiful!!!

Summary: We enjoyed our weekend on the island so much, bring the husbands back with us next time. The cabin is the cutest, nestled in the middle of the island, but minutes from the beach. Best of both the island has to offer, beach and private nature area. It was very neat and tidy, loft area provides a unique sleeping area, be aware, there's no power up there, living room nicely furnished, comfy couch and chair, kitchen well stocked and the bathroom is really big for a cabin this size. There is a small private bedroom also. We like to play games, (no table) so we pack a folding table and chairs, which made it easier for us to play, but it's possible for someone to play in the living room, at the coffee table. We had a little trouble understanding the house information before we left, a bit unclear if the house had the supplies listed or if we needed to bring the things, but we figured it out, planned our food for the weekend, brought what we needed, easy peesy. Another thing we didn't quite understand is the ferry info, it said pass will be at the ferry for us, then info on the cost. We didn't realize the pass was the okay for us to get on island (the island is private, premission required) then we were to pay the ferry cost. This info was all provided to us but we didn't understand it as well as we could have. However, it all worked out, as the ferry workers were very helpful and explained it all to us. Keep in mind that there will be a cost every time you leave and get back on the island, but really if you bring the food you need, don't leave, just enjoy the tranquility and fun the island has to offer. Whatever you do don't forget to bring snacks for the deer. Oh my! They were a huge joy to us this weekend, very friendly, came up close to the cabin and our car. We gave they all names and made them our island friends for the weekend. We are looking forward to introducing the husbands to them next time. Go, stay, have fun. We give this place 5 stars, wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

Summary: My husband and I hadn't had an anniversary weekend without any kids in a LONG time and this little house and the island was just the most perfect relaxing weekend that we could have ever asked for. It was great!
