Bella Vista Retreat is a luxurious home nestled above a lovely deep-water cove (great for swimming, fishing, and boating) with outstanding views!
The house is ideal for accommodating a large extended family or gathering of friends who enjoy water activities or just entertaining indoors and outdoors in a beautiful lakefront setting. This property has it all with your own large in-ground salt-water pool (seasonal), a separate 6-person hot tub, an outdoor kitchen and dining area with an outdoor television, a community dock with a designated boat slip. Every bedroom boasts views of the lake. The house is conveniently located less than 4 miles from major shopping and restaurants in Hartwell, GA
You will appreciate the new high quality custom designer furnishings throughout this home. The large open main floor main living area has everything to offer as your primary entertainment area. Completing the main floor are three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with his/her walk-in closets. The second bedroom boasts a king bed, and the third bedroom, a comfortable queen bed. Both the second and third bedroom are equipped with nightstands and a private closet.
Also, the main floor hosts a Chef’s Kitchen with modern appliances and accessories. An extra refrigerator and freezer are available for additional storage in the laundry room. An office space is provided with wireless internet.
The upper level contains the fourth bedroom which is equipped with four trundle beds to accommodate up to eight people. Also included, is a TV.
Last, but not least is the impressive large outdoor living areas. Step out of the house, and you are immediately greeted by a beautiful outdoor kitchen that features a granite countertop with a sink, dorm size refrigerator, and a built-in stainless grill. Summary: The home was extremely clean. The kitchen well stocked for a vacation rental. Communication was was easy, kind and receceiced prompt responses. The rental process was easy. View ofthe lake beautiful. Located on lake was best of both worlds. Deep water for swimming and in a cove for extremely minimumal boat tracffic. Perfect for children and grandcholdren. Entertaintain for outdoor sunset dinners provided with a marble var. Barbecue , sink, and even a greenegg for cooking.every wish for provided for fun on the lake. Fishing poles w/tackle, flloats, sand tpys galore. Gane room is amazing for adults and children. This is home for large famies in search of a family reunuion or a quiet short stay to get away from the city. Recommend this property highly.

Summary: House was great. We had a lot of fun. I would rent this house again. Slightly disappointed that I was not able to put my boat in the slip/dock due to the dock not being pushed out. I even messaged the owner about the boat before I booked the trip.

Summary: Quiet, peaceful, beautiful setting from just about every room in the house. Extremely well equipped, we lacked nothing. We loved the pool with a diving board. Pool furniture needs to be replaced. Only 2 back elements worked on the stove. Only half of the hot tub jets worked. Other than that, this place was spectacular and I would definitely return.
