A newly renovated home with curated furniture, artwork, and interior layout by an award winning Interior Designer. This home will be the reprieve you need, with serene water views from your private pool deck, a boat dock where a private charter can pick you up, or you can keep your own boat.
Home Features:
The main living room features an oversized sectional, two swivel chairs, large flat screen TV with Wi-Fi access for Netflix etc. A bay window area featuring two rattan chairs with games / cards table. A slider that opens to a stunning private pool deck with outdoor living space, and water views.
The large open kitchen, features quartz counters, full size appliances, electric cooker, dining area with seating for eight, and space at the kitchen island for two bar stools. The kitchen area has a large buffet, and a full-size pantry that is fully stocked with all the dishes, and cookware you need to enjoy a dinner at home
The Primary King Room is ensuite, includes two nightstands, a desk with a desk chair, a dresser, and a lounge chair. There is also a walk-in closet. The Ensuite has quartz counters with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and toilet area.
The Second King Size Guest Room has two round nightstands, a side chair and dresser, and a full-size closet. This room shares the 2nd bathroom which features double sinks with a quartz countertop, a tub-shower, and toilet.
The Third Guest Room features two twin beds, a desk with desk chair, benches at the end of the beds, and a full-size closet. It shares the 2nd bathroom.

Summary: My husband and I stayed at this property last week with our two small dogs. We vacation a few times a year in Sanibel/Fort Myers and this by far was the best property we have stayed in. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we booked an extra day! The property hosts were both amazing and quick to respond and extremely helpful. The house itself is gorgeous! It is in a great location and beautifully furnished and decorated with a great layout for families and friends. We can't wait to book another stay!

Summary: My favorite part of this stay was the pool. I did kill 4 roaches. But i know that is just Florida bugs. And the no see-ums were no joke. But we had a great time.
