Summary: Plenty of room for up to 6 We were there from a Thursday to Sunday morning and there was plenty of room to not be rigjt on top of each other.Tucked back in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. Great communication with manager, we now know where to stay if we're in the area

Summary: First time staying at a VRBO while visiting my family and I'm so glad we did! It was a very spacious house and was a nice and quite getaway. Very conveniently located as well.

Summary: I was disappointed. The bathroom faucet leaked, the shower wouldn’t turn all the way off, the jets in the tub didn’t work, floors was cracked, stove wasn’t working right, the driveway was a nightmare so we parked on the street. But did enjoy that it was on a dead end and had private feeling.

Summary: I want to start with the positives. House is really nice, good layout, great location, lots of potential. Amy the manager, is quick to respond and very nice. There are a lot of amenities that would make this a great stay, if they could be used. But, it is in desperate need of a new cleaning crew. The walkway to the front door had a Mound of dirt on it so big it could not be jumped over or walked around without stepping onto the ground. The house was picked up and smelled air freshener clean. There were bugs on one of the beds, dirt in the corners, and cobwebs. The fridge was dirty and the oven was disgusting. I understand we are in Arkansas but the outside has not even been wiped down in forever. The grill is so dirty it was unusable and there was cigarettes in the planter. I am a VRBO owner as well and I know that some guests don't take care and things break but there are some things that should have priority and be fixed. Shower leaks profusely, curtain hanging rod is about to fall on someone's head. Not all stove burners work, there is only one cooking pot and it has no lid. Everything I have described makes a Stay less than good. but all these things are easily fixed. I hope you take the time to address these instead of being upset with my review. You can literally have a really great listing.

Summary: I would like to leave an honest review of this property. This is a lovely house in a secluded dead end street, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Overall the house was clean except a few corners in the living room and kitchen that had some dead bugs and a bit of dirt/dust. The sheets were clean, the kitchen was equipped and the fridge is big so you can buy food and cook it there. The host had spices and utensils, paper towel and necessary stuff. Now, on the other had, the back porch looks like no one has used it in months, who knows if years even. It's a beautiful back porch but the furniture looks a bit abused and overall needs brooming and cleaning. The master's bedroom is big and the king bed is very comfortable. There was a lose/broken tile under the master's bathroom toilet and that needs to be taken care of. Overall the bathroom was nice and clean. On the outside of the house, looks like some guests accidentally smashed the front left column of the garage's entrance, so it's best to leave your car parked outside on the street in front of the house. That is what we did. The garage's driveway is steep on the way down, and it is easy to lose control if you're not an experienced driver. There were 3 vaccuum cleaners and only 1 worked, we had to clean it before using. Also found a leak under the kitchen's sink. Also, the garage has a small gym, so we did our workouts too. Overall, I'd suggest repairing this home would be great, lovely home, just needs some love.

Summary: It was in a good area not too far from everything but not in the middle of town.

Summary: The house was nicely designed, had most of amenities one would need. Some minor things that could improve to make it 5 star: - the online listing mentioned that they have a crib, but they actually didn’t have the crib so I had to buy a pack and play. Communication with the property manager/owner gave me a “sorry” that’s it. - house was little dusty, looked like it had been cleaned but not recently. - there were clothes in the washer from prior stay that should have been removed before new guest arrive - fan was not working and on communicating, after a lag of time, I was told to change batteries in the remote but even after doing that, it didn’t work. So rooms got very hot in late afternoon. - the house is not so toddler friendly. There are small stones in flower pots that my toddler kept playing with and I was worried that she would swallow them. Owners may want to change that if they want to list it as suitable for young kids. - this is a luxury point, but your guest may benefit if you keep one small hand lotion somewhere in the common area. Overall, I could book again once these things are fixed.

Summary: I have never written a review with less than positive comments because I know negative comments can have consequences, and people are more inclined to write them if they are disappointed. But as a true VRBO customer, I strongly use comments to guide my decisions, so I felt I needed to be honest. Part of this review is my fault for misunderstanding the terms and part is the owners fault for lack of clarity in the listing of the property. First of all, the positives. It IS in a lovely area of the Little Rock suburbs. The home has a great open layout for family. The street is wooded and very private but close to all commercial needs. It is very close to the Arkansas river that has cycling, walking and running paths that are fantastic. This location along with the home gym equipment in the garage was what drew me to this property. Another plus, the local manager did respond quickly when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. The drawback for me was the actual use of the home. When they use the term "our home" they really mean it. It is not just owned by them, but lived in on a consistent basis. This is the first VRBO that I have booked that is not truly a vacation rental but a residential home. I was taken by surprise with clothes in the closet and cupboards containing personal belongs (although well organized and marked). The refrigerator was not entirely cleared out nor cleaned. Towels were threadbare rather than rental quality. Unlike true rental properties that are consistently cleaned, this felt truly like I was a guest in someone's home. Bottom line, if a "lived in" rental works for you, than the pluses should outweigh the negatives as the space and location are good. The owner does get you the information as needed. Again, only sharing so others won't be as surprised as I was.

Summary: Great location! Deck on the back of the house is completely private as it faces the woods. House had everything we needed for our stay. No complaints here.
