Like a slow dance with someone you love, It Had to be You will give you the warm and fuzzies with its inviting personality. The happy blue exterior with the quintessential southern front porch; the spacious backyard with a shaded porch, lush landscaping and a grill; the three floors of comfortable beds and furnishings, these are the things that make guests ask for a ‘second dance’.
Great for entertaining a large family, this Destin vacation rental has the conveniences of a modern kitchen, a full laundry room, first and third floor gathering rooms plus TVS in each bedroom. The Primary suite is extra spacious featuring a separate sitting area and a spa bathtub in the Primary bath. Other alluring traits include its stone tile floors, colorfully beachy artwork and its very close proximity to restaurants and shops.
It Had to be You is more than just a pretty face, as part of the Ocean View community, known for its pristine lawns and white picket fences, it will quench all your outdoor needs. It has access to the sun drenched pool right next door plus it’s only a half block from the glorious beaches of the Gulf Coast and the walking/biking path that runs along the beach.
This property is dog friendly. You must pay a pet fee (please inquire about cost before booking) and provide up to date shot records.
We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
Due to allergies, smoking is strictly prohibited at this rental.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Summary: The house was nice & it was clean. Loved the location to the beach. It would have been nice to have a decent broom/dust pan to sweep up the sand in the house & have rugs by the doors also. Other than that we were happy with our stay.

Summary: Great house perfect for family. On our third day we woke up to a water leaking in the living room from the furnace, but the management address the problem right way. The bathroom shower curtain was moldy and some area of the house smells musty. The toilet paper holder of the master BR was broken, but that was the least of my worry. Overall the house was very nice and the beach was like 50 steps from the house.

Summary: For a family of 10 with teenagers and small children, this was the perfect location with tons of room for everyone to have privacy and a spacious room for us to all come together. Very short walk to the beach came as an added plus for quick trips for lunch at our beautiful home away from home.

Summary: We loved the house. The property manager was great. The grill that was at the house was falling apart and they brought a brand new one the next morning. The walk to the beach was very short. Only issue and it's a small one is that the pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures but it was still a very nice and clean pool area.
