Positive: Good value, lots of things provided (fridge, washing machine, plates and bowls, kettle, extra heater but wasnt needed even in winter...), it's essentially a furnished small studio room for students considering the proximity to dongguk university ( a minute away through a side entrance). good communication, warm, close to metro and very close to limousine bus from airport (the ambassador seoul hotel). Allowed luggage storage after checkout for the 1.5hrs I needed.

Negative: its a street level so you do hear noise from the street but it isnt that bad. you do have to walk uphill a lot but normal in that area. bathroom/toilet is small and typical of that kind of studio so beware.

Summary: good value near dongguk university

Positive: In a quiet area but close to the center, 30min by foot to Myeongdong, 20min subway to Hongdae and it was really cheap. The owner is easy to contact and speaks English well. You have everything there, towels, paper towels, a microwave, fridge, kettle, soap..

Negative: No window to the outside, gets a bit stuffy but the aircon works well. Things don’t dry, bathroom constantly wet. You have to go uphill for 5-10 minutes from the subway station, so if you have mobility issues, this is not for you. Taxis are cheap in Seoul though and it is accessible by car. I quite enjoyed the daily “hike” myself. If cleanliness is very important to you, this also isn’t for you, bc it’s so humid there’s some mold, didn’t bother me personally

Positive: Great place, 7 minutes walking on the town, hot water, good internet conexion, the owner was amazing, he even allow us to stay few hours after check out without cost. Always avaliable to help by whatsapp. Great experience, also the floor was hot and the air condition was working nice, was better that we was expecting for the price.

Positive: The room is clean and good for short stay as I did. Seems complete, with all tools and devices to stay (kitchen, washing machine, heater, TV,...) Location : far from big roads, very quite, metro and buses not far.

Negative: No hot water. If we need to turn on anything to get it, it should be said since the beginning. If it should have hot water, then it has to be fixed Toilet seat too close of the wall, can't barely sit ! The room is quite hidden, a sign at the entrance would be appreciated (in english). Location : Take a taxi to go there or be ready to climb the road !

Summary: Good but really need to fix hot water !

Positive: I am an expert traveler and i already book many apartment in my life , but this is was so perfect for me . I want explain my point of view about this place . 1. Cleansing: The house was very clean , from the floor to the bed sheets , etc (no dust , etc). 2. About the house equipment , for my opinion the house have many amenities. hair dryer, laundry machine , kitchen , heater , air conditioner, tv , etc (I feel very confortable) 3. The position is very good Less Of 10 minute walking until the closest metro/bus station dongguk university. From here can move easy in any part of the city (Itaewon around 15 minute all trip by metro or bus) 4. About the staff , was kind and helpful. Him Wait me at 1am in the night for show me the house and follow me by message for explain the best way for arriving 5. About the price I think is very cheap compare the average price in Seoul I think that’s all. I recommend for any kind of travelers Thanks ! Fabrizio from Italy
