We are using 2 guest rooms and private guest lounge ( Guest suite) in our 3 bedroom 2 lounge house as an air bnb. You will have private entrance from a deck. A private space with a lounge which has mini freeze, microwave, kettle, toaster and cups. You will also have access to a private laundy room with washing machine and dryer at additional cost. Please note: there is no cooking facilities however a small kitchenette is present.

Summary: It's as described. We had total privacy and access to laundry space. Portacot was provided which helped as we had a 2 year old. Heat pump in lounge cooled down the bedrooms as they faced the living room. Outside deck was great for meal times. One of the best checkout experiences as we weren't required to do a long list of tasks prior to checkout. Easy to communicate with hosts.
