HOUSE RULES:
• Rental Agreement & Government Issued ID is required for Check-in
• Outdoor Quiet Hours strictly at 10 PM (Please be mindful of the neighbors)
• No Parties, Events or unlisted guests unless discussed with the host and agreed upon prior to stay.
•This is a non-smoking/vaping home. MINIMUM $300 fee will be accessed to cover the cost of professional cleaning
• Tampering with Wifi Access points or Doorbell cameras will result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
• Respectful and well-trained are Pets accepted with Pet Agreement & $500 Security Deposit ONLY - $100 per pet per stay
• Inform host of any damage or anything not working properly immediately (we understand accidents happy, please help us in letting us take care of them as soon as possible)
Biohazard Fee: If urine, blood, vomit or other bodily fluids are found to be present there will be a minimum $175 biohazard fee. Any linens, towels, bedding, beds, carpet, flooring or other property that are damaged are 100% the responsibility of the guest to cover replacement costs within 7 days of stay.

Our cleaning fee covers only our cost of laundry, garbage and deep clean/disinfecting by our awesome cleaners. Please help us keep this cost low. We appreciate your assistance with the following Simple Checkout instructions.
CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS:
• Leave used beds unmade and any additional extra used blankets/pillows on beds
• Put towels in tubs/Showers
• Load the Dishwasher
• Dispose of any full kitchen rubbish bags into bin located in the garage (a partially full bag is fine to leave, we'll use it during cleaning)
• Send a message or text letting host know when you have left the premises

Summary: The property lived up to it's listing - clean, well located in a small rural New Hampshire community. Close enough to restaurants (the Peterborough Diner was a favorite of ours) and shopping areas but tucked away on a quiet country road. Hiking areas abound including a trail just a quarter mile down the road. But the real "star" of the "Field House" is the magnificent 18 acre field that serves as a backyard. During our stay turkey and deer passing through to feed were a common site and the well maintained field served as a play area for my Border Terrier. I have used VRBO for close to 20 years and I have never come across another property that offered such an expansive outdoor area. Well worth the visit.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the Dublin field house. Brie was an attentive host answering questions about local dining and offering to pick up groceries ahead of our arrival. Our party arrived in stages so knowing there were already snacks in the fridge was a huge relief. On our way home we were already talking about when we could stay again!

Summary: This is a really cool house — very spacious and light with a huge field surrounding it. We wish we could have stayed more than four days!! The property manager is very responsive and helpful. We would like to visit this home again!

Summary: We used this property for a long weekend. The house was super clean and organized. Very quiet location, I went running each day and never saw more than 2 cars. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Summary: This was a wonderful house … spacious and quiet. We were having a mini family reunion in conjunction with attending a niece’s wedding in NH. This house fit the bill perfectly. Large king-sized en-Suite master BR on the main (upper) floor, plus a 1/2 bath we all could use was great for my older brother & wife. The rest of the bedrooms were on the lower level, en-suite Queen, plus 2 Queens that shared a bathroom. A 3rd daybed in the downstairs living area made for extra capacity so all the adult cousins had privacy and accessibility. The upstairs LR, DR and kitchen were well stocked and comfortable. We spent most of our time however on the large covered deck with a nice cross breeze and comfortable chairs. Thank you for a great experience!

Summary: Family in Swanzey hosted a golf Tournament the week of our stay, at we were at the Field House just to sleep, have breakfast, do a bit of laundry. Suited our needs so well. A little difficulty with the evening tv news—no local stations unless we logged into our personal streaming. Dublin Lake appears to be close by via the aerial photos, but is a short drive or an unsafe walk to. Would probably be good to emphasize there is no lake access. Overall. Great spot. We enjoyed!!

Summary: Brie did a fantastic job with this place! It has a wonderful view, incredibly spacious and everything that we needed while we stayed at her home. My family and I came up for a wedding and it can be difficult to find a place that houses 7 people and two dogs but Brie was extremely accommodating and ensured our check in was seamless and our stay was stellar. The home was very comfortable and we all enjoyed our time here. The weather wasn’t great all weekend but the home has an outdoor deck covered by a roof that gives you the ability to enjoy all the place has to offer even when it’s raining heavily. Brie reached out regularly and answered any questions I had very promptly. Additionally she recommended some absolutely delicious places to eat with my family. Overall it was an incredibly relaxing weekend in a beautiful home with plenty of room for my dogs to explore out back. I would definitely stay again here if I’m attending another wedding in the area. Recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful quiet retreat (even saw a deer one morning in the backyard!)
