Positive: The location was good for us, only 1km from cbd. Very tastefully decorated room. Writing desk. Tea/ coffee and continental breakfast in room. Warm and comfortable. Great shower in ensuite.

Negative: The host was very apologetic that the spa was turned off, it didn't warm up during our stay. The TV wouldn't work on free to air channels and had no internet messages. The bed was very firm.

Positive: Adequate breakfast supplies except no normal bell tea or English breakfast tea. Like the decor very modern! Nice & quiet to.

Negative: Bed very hard. No top sheet was too hot first night to sleep with duvet on, sheet would have been better. Clock ticked all night keeping us awake. No tea towel to dry the dishes & no face cloths to wash makeup off.

Positive: A quiet location with a spa pool to relax in after a day travelling. The room was well fitted and spacious and the bed comfortable.The bathroom was a good size and we were left an assortment for breakfast. We will stay there again on our next visit through Upper Hut.
