Stocked with small snacks, coffees, teas, water! This rare downtown find comes with a full bath, 2 queen beds and a beautiful view of downtown Dayton. This historic home is located in the highly desirable neighborhood, St. Annes Hill and is centrally located to all the major hospitals, WPAFB, interstates, entertainment and attractions! This penthouse is an upstairs (be mindful of the stairs, they are on the steeper side given this is an older home) with a private entrance and a keypad lock for additional security. Summary: This beautifully restored historic property in Dayton’s St. Anne’s Hill neighborhood was perfect-close to downtown Dayton restaurants, and Gretchen was very helpful. Highly recommend this VRBO rental!

Summary: Beautiful and spacious room. Entertainment District just a few blocks away and located in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely would stay here again!

Summary: The house was old enough to seem haunted, but the Halloween decor made it even better. We had a perfect stay. It was two minutes from our Dayton meetings, the coffee and oatmeal was enjoyed and needed, the bathroom was great for two travelers as it's shower/tub is separate from the sinks the neighborhood its as artsy as it is elegant. I can't recommend this unit more. We'll see them again soon.
